Aka Willy Wonka, but a cold hobo. Inspired by a mix between Jack Frost and Frosty the Snowman in a Victorian setting. Skin frostbitten and cold, there's no nails on this character due to the frostbite's effects, but it seems to not break this jovial spirit being cold. Maybe cold is what the character is? Gender is determined by the buyer.
